On 22^nd February, 2020, Department of Commerce and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Lala Lajpatrai College of Commerce and Economics and H. R. College of Commerce and Economics jointly organized an intercollegiate seminar on “How to Prepare for Competitve Exams”. The Resource Person was a renowned speaker, Mr. Milan Dhanecha, Faculty for UPSC at Chanakya Mandal Parivar. 77 students attended the seminar

2.     EN ROUTE FROM TRANSITION TO TRANSACTION ANALYSIS – BRIDGING GAP BETWEEN THEM

An Online National Webinar was organised by Department of Commerce & Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Lala Lajpatrai College of Commerce & Economics in collaboration with Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of H. R. College of Commerce & Economics on the topic

“En Route from Transition to Transaction Analysis - Bridging Gap Between Us And Them” on 29th July, 2020 from 05:00 pm onwards on Zoom application platform. 352 students, faculty members and non - faculty members from 22 states of 4 countries like India, Canada, Kuwait and US, attended the webinar.

1.     A Guidance lecture for the subject of Business Economics – V was organized on 27^th September 2019.
Professor Durgesh Dubey of Hinduja College guided the students about paper pattern of University of Mumbai.

2.      On 6th of May 2020 a webinar was organised on the topic of 'Emotional Intelligence'. Resounce person was Dr.Shamim Sayyad of N.S.S. College, Mumbai.

3.     A national level Quiz was organised titled Eco. Quest.Total 399 persons participated in the quiz.

·        Department of Commerce and Department of Mathematics & Statistics under the aegis of IQAC organized a Panel Discussion on “Psychological Appraisal of Stakeholders-Let’s Hear From Them” on 27^th June, 2020, by means of a virtual connect. The objectives were to understand the level of psychological well-being of every stakeholder of an educational system through contemplation, appraisal by panelists coming from diverse areas of expertise and thus to come out with productive and practical remedies for betterment. Chairperson for the discussion was Dr. Neelam Arora, Principal Lala Lajpatrai College of Commerce & Economics. The panelists were:

·        Department of Accountancy, Department of Mathematics and Statistics and IQAC jointly with Lala Lajpatrai College of Law organised a webinar on ‘Quick Calculations Using Vedic Mathematics on 21^st July, 2020 on zoom platform. Mr. Deep Kapadia, renowned Vedic Mathematics Teacher was the resource person.
