1. Return Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
